TestCrackers private tutoring policies

Thank you for deciding to study with TestCrackers!  Please carefully read the policies below and submit your name at the bottom after doing so.

We are excited to help you with your test prep journey!

1.  Tutoring is generally conducted live online unless otherwise discussed..

2.  Lessons must be paid for at the time of scheduling in order to hold the availability of your tutor. We accept payment by check, Venmo (an easy-to-use app which allows for debit card transactions without a fee), or credit card.

3.  The cancellation period is 48 hours. You may change the time of, reschedule, or cancel a lesson, but to avoid a charge of the full cost of the lesson, it must be more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. We know this sounds harsh, but once once you schedule hours with us, we cannot schedule that time with anyone else, so if you cancel or change the time of the lesson with short notice, that time is lost. 

4.  If you arrive late, unfortunately that time is still part of the lesson, and we cannot stay late to make up that missed time.  Please let us know if you will be late to a lesson. If you must leave early from a lesson, the remainder of the time also counts toward the lesson.

5. Quick check-ins and scheduling e-mails with your instructor in between lessons are expected, but the time you reserve with your instructor during lessons is the time that she or he has planned for you. If you require significant time outside of scheduled lesson times, this will need to be part of the billed hours. If this happens, we will definitely let you know beforehand.
